Information submitted during the booking process — including your name, email, phone number, dates, and payment details — is handled directly by IPMS247 / Yanolja in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

We may receive a summary of your booking (name, dates, property, contact details) from IPMS247 to fulfil our hosting obligations.

4 Contact Forms & Enquiries

Our website contains contact and enquiry forms powered by Web3Forms. When you submit a form, the following data is collected and sent to our registered email inbox:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Subject and message

5 WhatsApp & Phone Enquiries
